TONIGHT: Learn about the Oak Borer and how to protect your Oak trees, June 19th 6:30 PM Del Dios Park by Lake Hodges

The Del Dios Habitat Protection League is a great organization working to protect our oak woodland and riparian habitats.  http://www.ddhpl.org/

Unfortunately, it looks like the Gold Spotted Oak Borer (GSOB) has finally
come to our watershed and is in Del Dios and Mt. Israel.  There is a ‘hands-on’ meeting tonight, June 19th, at the Del
Dios Park at 6:30 PM.
  GSOB has already killed 1,000s of oaks in Julian
and other local areas.  It is a serious threat.  See below
